monkeydraw.com is run by MonkeyDraw, a small creative studio based in Denmark. You can reach us through our Contact Us page.
2. What we sell
We sell digital products: ebooks, coloring pages, activity and low-content books, clipart and stickers. All products on this website are delivered as downloadable files. We do not ship physical products. Printed books and products are sold and delivered by Amazon, Printify or other print-on-demand partners, and their own terms apply to those purchases.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in USD and include any applicable taxes. You can pay with card (via Stripe), PayPal or MobilePay. Your order is confirmed when payment is completed.
4. Delivery
After payment you get a download link right away on the order confirmation page and by email. If you created an account, you can also find your files under “My Account”. If a download doesn’t work, contact us through the Contact Us page and we’ll help.
5. Right of withdrawal for digital products
Normally you have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download starts. By completing your order, you agree that delivery begins immediately and confirm that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal when the download starts. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us through the Contact Us page and we’ll fix it or refund you.
6. Personal use license
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to:
- download, print and use the files for yourself, your family and your own non-commercial projects
- print as many copies as you need for that personal use
You may not:
- sell, share, give away or upload the files, or printed copies of them
- use the designs, clipart or stickers on products you sell, or for any commercial purpose
- claim the designs as your own, or use them to train AI models
All designs remain the property of MonkeyDraw.
7. Complaints
If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us through the Contact Us page and we’ll reply as soon as possible. You can also complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus, naevneneshus.dk) or use the EU’s online complaint portal.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
9. Law
These terms are governed by Danish law.
